Had brunch here laat Saturday, I had steak and eggs and it was delicious! We also had the bottomless mimosa and I really like how they give us all three flavors which is grapefruit, orange juice, and pineapple juice. The service was wonderful as well and the location is pretty specially if you choose to be seated outdoor.

Spago is a modern Italian restaurant located within the Bellagio hotel with some of the best dining views available on the strip! If you're able to, make sure to try to reserve a table for patio dining as it will provide a unique experience of the Bellagio water show. The food at Spago was adequate as there was a variety of appetizers and mains however, the portion sizes are on the smaller side so if you're visiting with a large party, consider ordering a couple of each dish to share. Out of all of the dishes we ordered, the best dish was the Capanelle Pasta with spicy lamb sausage. If you're looking for a meal to splurge on with arguably one of the best views while dining on the strip, consider Spago.

We finally made it to Spago at Bellagio. Our last visit was long time ago when they were in the Forum Shops. We had a 12:30 reservation and arrived 10 minutes early. My reservation request was for a patio table which is based on availability. We were lucky that one was available. Our table had comfortable seats with a grand view of the lake. Most of the tables were in the shade at this time of day. I thought the patio would be quieter than inside seating but was very wrong. It seemed that many people were shouting to be heard over the music. There were two birthday celebrations which added to the festive patio. Water service was prompt and our server Alyssa was friendly. I had to ask twice get lemon for the water and the water glass was never refilled. I was surprised that the wait time for the food was short considering the restaurant was very busy My wife and I shared a Cheeseburger which included a large portion of French Fries. The burger was juicy and the grilled onions were a perfect topping.

Spago is located in Bellagio hotel where you can look at the fountain show right in front of you with Paris hotel (Eiffel tower) backdrop. You will be amazed to see the beautiful view while dine in. Ordered octopus as an appetizer and veal and pasta for the entree menu. I especially liked their mishroom cream sauce fettucine dish. And what we surprised me the most was the dessert. We ordered the spiked lemon and it was delicious! It was very smooth and the yuzu flavor was not too strong and not too creamy. The service overall was good and I liked the part when the dessert was served, the server came and explained us about the ingrdients and how to eat it. Good food with a great view so worth it to try while you are staying at the Vegas.

From the moment I entered, the sophisticated ambiance and attentive service created an evening to remember. Spago's menu is a masterwork of fusing Italian and American cuisines to produce dishes that are as delicious as they are visually striking. The signature Smoked Salmon Pizza, which elevates a basic pizza to something spectacular by fusing a crisp crust with the rich, smoky flavor of salmon, was the high point of my visit after that came the Filet Mignon, which was perfectly medium-rare, juicy, and tender in every bite. A standout cocktail to go with the dinner, the Barrel Aged Old Fashioned was deftly crafted and enhanced the strong flavors of the food.

Absolutely incredible the waitstaff, the management, nothing short of amazing. The food was impeccable and d the view was astonishing. We will most definitely be back. They truly made our Mother's Day so special.

I was strolling through Bellagio, starving and happened to walk by Spago and the bar was very open (Tues around 7pm). I plopped down (solo diner) and service was very quick. I had my drink within a few minutes of ordering it. While there is construction outside, there still is a great view of the fountains with tons of TV's and overall atmosphere. I ordered the Steamed Wild Alaskan Halibut as a main course, spiked lemon for dessert, and sipped on the Out On the Tiles cocktail. Everything was soooo good, bar staff was great, and service was spot on. I would 10000% come back for the spiked lemon alone.

Outdoor seating is a must! Fantastic view! Arrived on a Saturday night with a confirmed reservation for patio seating. Despite being informed of a one-hour wait for patio seating upon arrival, we agreed and wandered around. Surprisingly, we received a text less than 10 minutes later, informing us that our table was ready. Luckily, we hadn't strayed too far. When we finally placed our order, the food arrived around 15 minutes later, and our waitress failed to check on us throughout the meal, which was quite frustrating. We had to flag down every passing waiter to request assistance from our assigned server. Food; The American Wagyu is Amazing! I highly recommend the lemon spiked dessert! It melts in your mouth! Delicious! The rest was ehh ok.

Had Dinner Reservations at Spago's to celebrate our anniversary. We checked in and was greeted by our host. Was given 2 x options to choose from, Indoor or Outdoor. We chose Outdoor because it was presented with a view of the strip and surrounded by a body of water (Fountains were off). The strip looked very nice both at Sunset and Evening. Even though the winds were averaging 30-40 mph, we still took the chance to be outside. Spago's was prepared, heaters were illuminated to full blast to get the maximum comfort level offered. The heaters were 360 directional, it warmed up the area about 90% of the circumference range. You could still feel some of the chill but bearable since the cold is being compensated by the heaters being provided. Ordered Wine, oysters, Pasta and Veil. All were delicious! The waiter was nice enough to provide us a free desert for our anniversary. To make the long story short, I recommend this place for the Romantic Ambiance with good food. Everyone was professional and courteous. We enjoyed our experience. Bravo to the Staff. Keep in mind that this is fine dining restaurant. Usually, fine dining comes with the added dollar amount.
